Interview
Three rounds: A recruiter screen, followed by a 90 minutes technical interview with a Tech Lead, and a 60 minute panel interview with two technical directors.
I received a rejection a couple of days later, which is fine, but there was no feedback on offer, which was sad to see.

The technical interview comprised of an architectural design exercise (AI assisted) followed by a no-AI code review exercise.

Interview
Quite good response from the company, they pointed out what do i need to improve. They have a good dynamic and a positive attitude.
Also the recruitment team seems engaged in the technical request from the candidates.
I gladly suggest this company.
