      Sales Associate Interview

      15 Feb 2018
      Anonymous employee
      Las Vegas, NV
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Nectar Life (Las Vegas, NV) in Nov 2017

      Interview

They asked a bunch of irrelevant questions. They sell you a dream honestly, make you think it's a family atmosphere and want to guarantee you'll fit in. In reality the talk down to you & are NEVER satisfied. They try to turn you into robots and constantly compare you to their favorites.

      Sales Associate Interview

      4 July 2025
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Nectar Life in June 2025

      Interview

HR called me for an interview and insisted on me coming and try for an interview so I accepted it despite I didn't have any relevant retail experience. Interview with store manager went really well, whereby they talked about the company, expectations etc etc. They offered me a job so I accepted as I want to try something new. We signed the contract and was ready for training a few days later. I went for training for 4hrs and colleagues and manager guided me on product knowledge, demostration etc etc. In the end, the company decided to terminate my contract as they felt I wasn't suitable and want someone with experience. Felt like my time was wasted. Please inform your HR that you want staff with experience and do your job postings properly. Please do not waste everyone's time.

      Sales Associate Interview

      3 June 2018
      Anonymous employee
      New York, NY
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Nectar Life (New York, NY) in Nov 2017

      Interview

They contact you about the hiring process through email, not phone. I had to meet for an interview and then interviewed with another manager afterwards at a different store location on the strip. The interview focused a lot on what the company stands for and values because it is unique compared to other companies I've worked for. The majoroty of employees are very happy/bubbly and it seems that they want to ensure that culture lasts through the hiring process. I am a straight male who interviewed for a position vastly held by women. I can say from my own experience that the company addressed that in a few ways; in order to gauge any possible comfortability issues if I got hired. Their interview questions regarding "if you are comfortable in pink" and such just seemed to consider the likelihood of you fitting in with the rest of the company.
