Internet chat to show basic brand knowledge and simulated conversation with customer detailing item benefits, brand policies, and basic e-commerce FAQs. Was interesting and easy-going but the interview was through a contractor, not an employee of Needle.

Basic typing and aptitude test. Watch some videos, short quizzes. They will ask you about the product to prove or authenticate your expertise with that brand. Pass everything, and submit. If they hire you, you will go through additional product training, and then a final assessment & chat with management. Pretty easy process.
