The initial call from HR struck me as highly unprofessional, given the manner in which it was conducted. Additionally, they misleadingly presented a one-hour test, which turned out to be a questionnaire and an unexpected task to redesign their inventory UI. This experience left me skeptical, as it feels like an attempt to extract free work under the guise of an interview process. Given this, I strongly advise others to exercise caution and refrain from applying to this organization.
