Neenah interview questions

Applied online, spoke to the recruiter, than went through this huge lack of communication where i was consistently having to follow up with her or nothing would happen. This has been a month long process. I then interviewed with hiring manager all remote and video conference,who told me the recruiter Colleen would follow up with next steps then no response for a week so I emailed and still no response after 2 weeks. Unprofessional and a month of wasted time.

The interview process was a phone call with HR followed by an on-site interview with the hiring manager. Standard questions were asked by the HR representative to determine if you were a good fit for the next round. The hiring manager was focused more on the role itself and why you were the best candidate.
