Neilson Financial Services interview questions

The hiring process was fairly thorough and consisted of four stages. It covered technical topics, behavioural questions, a coding challenge, and a cultural fit interview. It was a good opportunity to show both technical ability and how I approach problems, although the process did require a decent time commitment.

2 stage interview with the CEO and hiring manager. Both were conducted over Teams and were an hour. We covered my background, the strategic objectives or the firm and my future plans.
