I received invitations to interviews with zero explanation about the process or what to expect, and only learned about the details once I was there. The process consisted of three interviews and a personality test: the first was a background conversation, followed by two rounds of very similar case studies.
Additionally, I noticed significant inconsistencies throughout the process. Each of the three interviewers seemed to have a different understanding of the hiring process, and when I asked for clarification, their responses often conflicted. This left me with the impression that the process lacked proper organization and structure.
