I interviewed with about 15 people in the room. There are specific questions that get asked to every interviewee (I believe) and those questions do not get changed based on the position being filled. What this means is an assistant will be asked the same questions that an account manager would be asked. This is problematic but is representative of the systemic problems that course throughout the place. I was immediately offered the job and a year later found out that as a female I was offered $10,000 less than the male previously in my position even though I was more educated. I was later able to negotiate a raise but never made same as the person previously in my position.
