I applied online. I interviewed at Neotas (London, England)
Interview
I applied via Indeed or one of those sites - simple CV and cover letter.
Then an initial screening interview (30 mins)
Followed by another, longer interview (1 hour+)
Then I was invited to conduct a monitored 90 min test. Monitor was not there on time/date scheduled so had to do it another day. Anyway, did it and passed.
Then I have a final interview (90 mins+). Was given a time frame for a response. This came and went. I chased Neotas up and they said they'd tell me tomorrow lunchtime. No response. I chased again and got a generic 'thanks for applying but we've decided to move ahead with other candidates ' email.
I then emailed asking for more specific feedback - not an unreasonable ask considered I'd spent about 6-7 hours in total on tests, interviews and background research on this company. This email was ignored.
Can't help but feel I dodged a bullet with this one.
