Very unprofessional people and team, as they have shortlisted me in first round of phone screening ,but they abruptly ended second interview midway, stating I dont have required skills, They should seriously improve the iinterview process without wasting anyone else time

Initially scheduled for 3 hrs interview but after 1.5hrs it was informed that they cant proceed with interview as they dont have required skills on my resume

Interview with Leads and Managers for tech screen.
Then I get a call that they want to set up 3 hours next interview, all was set. then they came back with policy change no more remote. No even asking if I can work from office. seems like cheap play. I would suggest just stay away from this unsure company.
