Neptune Ubicom interview questions

Interview process is like a discussion, and not grilling. First round is with the CTO, the second with a senior software engineer. Mostly DSA and logic based questions. DB based questions as well. Focus on OOPs concept, Spring Boot concepts and DB based questions.

1. Typeform form to fill basic details 2. Recruiter connected to validate same, agreed upon expected ctc after repeatedly confirming if it can be matched or not, answer was affirmative 3. 2 rounds of technical interviews, 1 round of basic theoretical questions, 1 round of system design 4. HR round, 2 panels, behavioral and managerial questions. Mentioned that they have no lead developers and expect this role to eventually fill into same (basically overload work for higher position at lower designation) After all this, was asked to connect with HR for more details. Kept on saying we have no budget restrictions but completely low balled matching half the expectations even after agreeing that expectation was set before interviewing. Later on no contact, ghosted candidate. Complete waste of time.
