It was very very long with multiple rounds of people asking similar questions over and over again. All the questions were related to interacting with coworkers in the past and recalling how you dealt with those situations.
After the first interview, there is a long testing requirement before they'll even give you a salary range for the position. It involved writing and editing content for their website.

I applied online. I interviewed at NerdWallet in July 2023
Interview
I applied through NerdWallet's site and then had the first-stage interview. I'm autistic, so I struggle sometimes in these with my speech and I was nervous before this one. It happens sometimes. You never know when to mention this to businesses. NerdWallet's online entry form doesn't have any place to bring it up. What am I supposed to do? Start the interview and at some point raise it?
I was aware some of my answers in the interview were bungled.
But with my career experience, alongside my portfolio , I feel that highlights I'm very good at what I do. But as always, the initial "suitability" for roles is based on a 30 minute conversation and some tick box exercises designed for neurotypical candidates.
To end the interview, they explained they'd be in touch within 2 days with an update. 3 weeks later I got a generic template rejection email that also stated I could apply again in future. Thank you, but I'm not going to do that.
