The interview process was very unprofessional in that it was not very personable, professional, and overall seemed very sketchy. Doesn't seem to have an HR department, not clear on steps of the application process.

Question 1
After about a week after I submitted my application, Allen (or someone using his email address in HR) sent me an email full of typos with a link to take an online exam with a 2 hour time limit.

Interview
Applied on LinkedIn, got a direct message and personal email from Allen asking to set up a call and written exam. I do not have a journalism bg but he said that was great; they liked my experience and thought I could bring a good perspective.
