A Group sales and service activity where they see if your style suits the brand. Also looking to see if you listen well and work as part of a team to get a positive end result. A competency based one on one interview followed asking 'what would you do if' type questions.

Interview
It was a pretty easy and relaxing interview. I was given a tour of the shop and then asked questions about what I know about Nespresso, their brand ambassadors, and their “ICAN” logo. I was also asked general questions about myself and the role I was in at the time.
