Laid back, great conversation with the snr. Performance Director. Decided not to progress to the 2nd stage but I've heard their multi-stage process can be quite involved. Either way, the first stage was quite relaxed and I had a nice conversation with the interviewer.

I just went to the first 2 round. And the first is about simple conversations. it was not bad, and the second round is an email to a client. It was taken in one hour.
