Net Conversion interview questions

The company canceled the 2nd interview last minute, after being advised I'd move to the next round and waiting a week for the scheduled time. The explanation for the delay was that they were looking for a specific skill that wasn't even stated in the job description. I believe I dodged a bullet, but still don't appreciate anyone that wastes my time.

The organization is highly white people oriented and has no diversity and calls people for interview to just good for nothing. The manager was rude and basically wasted time and didn't bother asking any serious question.
