Interview
Several interviews with different team members. Online tests first and then a test to do in the meeting followed by Q&A with Team leader and then Head of Sales. Quite formal but not overly, got members of the sales team to come in later.

Interview
Applied online had email response asking about availability and then had initial phone interview 30 minutes long, asking current work, projects and software process questions. Next stage is solving a problem and writing code for it.
