Interview
Little to no contact with the recruiter. I was asked to interview with the hiring manager and received no information back. After multiple attempts to contact and several weeks later I was told the role had been filled.
Bad experience, avoid if possible.

Interview
CANDIDATES BEWARE.
TDLR:
My advice to candidates if you do interview for them is to ask about the comp and see the contract before you spend time on the interviewing process itself.
Netacea has below the market average compensation (~70%) and a very harsh contract. Which evidently they are not negotiating on either. This stems I believe from their parent company being a consulting business.
After passing the process and getting an offer, upon discussing the compensation and terms they rescinded the offer based on ‘feeling’, even after ending the conversation with “we will adjust and send you a draft with the changes”.
What a waste of time!
The interview process itself is a typical process with a presentation component. The technical staff seemed nice and inviting.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How would you support the growth of the company?
How would you hire?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Netacea (Manchester City Centre, England) in July 2019
Interview
Straight forward process:
First step consisted of phone interview with recruitment agency. Second step was a phone interview with the Hiring Manager - the Head of Operations. For the 3rd interview I was invited to the offices in Deansgate, Manchester for a face-to-face interview during which I had to present a slidedeck I prepared about ITIL processes to the Head of the Operations and the then Senior PO.
