I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Netchemia (Shawnee, KS) in Apr 2015
Interview

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Netchemia (Kansas City, MO) in July 2014
Interview
They scheduled a 30 minute phone interview. When they called they asked about my resumé, basic experience questions. Then they asked me a problem solving question, which was related to information gathering. It was something about who would you contact to find a solution to a problem (I can't remember the specific problem) in a hypothetical place. What would be your order of operations, basically.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Would you describe yourself as a farmer or a hunter, in terms of sales? That is do you cultivate relationships, or do you go out and take what you want?
I applied online. I interviewed at Netchemia (Overland Park, KS) in Apr 2015
Interview
Multiple steps were involved which included a variety of assessments and personality tests. The company is more concerned with you as a person, not necessarily the skills you hold. They want to find the correct fit for their company and believe the skills needed for position will fall into place.
