Netcom Systems interview questions

Pretty standard interview process. There was a brief 20 minute phone interview asking for salary, reason for looking for a new job, and experience. In person interview was with the owner, Duane. I spent about 1.5 hours with him discussing various experience, situational, and personal questions. After I completed the interview I was told I would know within two weeks as they were interviewing other people. I followed up twice after not hearing anything for two weeks, and was told they were still looking. The only other response I got was asking if I knew of any referrals for engineers. A month and a half later, they have reposted the job and not responded back to me. I would have appreciated even a canned "we have filled the position" response versus radio silence, especially after taking time off work to come interview. Overall, they seemed like nice people, but I was disappointed in how they acted after the interview.
