Too many level of interview. Process is fine you learn a lot about automation. I had crossed all 3 levels yet in the end they will only select people who have experience in the same domain.

HR Prelim round followed by RM interview and assignment which is a Video Presentation for a given scenario to assess product understanding. Be ready for One Hour Face to face round followed by a Homework which is a Video presentation. No updates on the next steps on follow ups and acknowledgement of time one is investing in preparing for interview and submitting Homework assignment. The hiring process is like a Big 4 with no declaration of result to the candidate hence showing disrespect to the time spent by the candidate.
