Usually there are two phases - Technical and HR.
For me they arranged a non technical interview first to know about myself like my role, what all phases I worked in sdlc, technologies etc.

Question 1
Just asked couple of technical questions. Mostly they were asking how you will convince customer for any solution. And it was difficult to answer due to not much experience to work at customer side. And they rejected me for technical position without taking a technical interview.

Applied for Senior Software Developer role at Netcracker. The process had 1 round which included a resume walkthrough, performance discussion, a programming problem, and 3 StackBlitz tasks. The company required a face-to-face interview which was a constraint. Overall the round was structured and task-focused.
Interview process is of Total 3 rounds - 2 technical rounds and 1 hr round
But the process in lengthy. There is too much gap between 2 rounds and results conveying.
