had 2 rounds of nterview one telephonic and 2nd round face to face with some senior manager and got confirmation you got good feedback and HR interview will be done later in 2-3 days time. After 2-3 days i got call from HR saying they are now considering for another project for which i need to give interview again. Even though reluctantly i said OK, no one joined at he time of interview waited for 20 mins on Skype.

The interview process at Netcracker is a complete joke! I gave an entire interview loop (spanning over 3 weeks) to be rejected at the end inspite of all rounds being great. The HR called up the next day asking me to interview for another team, so I spent another month for a new loop of 4 interviews including the final HR round. After this round they decided I can level up to a Lead role and they asked for another interview. The HR asked for my documents to process the offer and... well after that... everyone just disappeared! I followed up multiple times but previously eager HRs became unresponsive and unprofessional. They either couldn't match my salary expectation or found another candidate. Either way highly unprofessional conduct and wastage of time and resources for everyone.
