Its was a smooth and quick process. I had 3 rounds of interview. 1st HR round 2nd Technical eoumd and 3rd an Assestment. Its was done in a day and my onboardingw as completed in 3 days with bgv. Not that complex process or very difficult interviews questions.

Technical questions on m&a PE Equity and other financial and company structure stuff
1. Written Assignment- It is very Simple test . You have given case study where you need to study and write the answer of every question.
2. Interview- it is also very easy . You need to have basic finance knowledge specifically they might ask about the PE and VC firm. what is attribution rate? so that kind of basic question they ask also they are supportive in the interview process so no need to worry much.
