I applied on the company website and about a week or so later received an email requesting a phone interview, During the 30 minute call, the recruiter was friendly and personable, making me feel at ease. Two days later, he invited me to come in for an onsite interview. A few days later, I met with 2 department supervisors and was given a department tour when the interview ended. Two days after that, the recruiter called and offered me the job.
