I was referred by a recruiter, interview was with an engineer with a heavy Russian accent which made it hard to communicate during the entire interview, it was over a computer chat and felt like he left the chat to find tricky interview question as time went on, wanted more technical explanation for every answer I gave, very unfriendly tone.
