The interview process was very professional from the offset and it was exactly what I would expect when applying for the role of a Pre-Sales Engineer. Before discussing anything about myself and my interest in Netwrix I had to prove that I had a belief in the solution and I was tasked with researching/installing the solution and then demonstrating Netwrix to senior management. I then had a verbal technical assessment to evaluate my depth of knowledge on the technologies I would be working with. the final part of the interview was based around what I knew about the company, how I could contribute and what I wanted from the business as an employee. I had a second interview with the European Regional Manager for a personal discussion about myself, how I could help in technically driving sales for this region, what my role would involve in detail and finally how the operations work over in Europe.
