First round interview - 20 minutes over the phone. Simple behavioral questions. The interviewer was very approachable. No unexpected questions. Mostly just asking about my experiences. Then 2 hour assessment which was the furthest I got.

Walk me through your resume. Why are you interested in this role. What are your financial modeling and excel skills. What experience have you done in college that relate to how you will succeed in this role.

Interview
Mainly behavioural but being updated on news is a plus. Three round interviews where first is the normal screening questions with the recruiter followed by a round with the analysts followed by a final round with the head of group.

Sent in a resume and was set up for a call with an HR recruiter. There was one round before the offer was extended. Very straightforward and comfortable 30 minute interview.
