Coding test, interviews with 2 junior analysts, on site interviews with 4. Medium difficult coding questions. Asked about motivation for role and past experiences in interviews. Final round is non-technical.
Submitted application for Quant Researcher role, promptly received online assessment with four HackerRank coding challenges (flower bouquets,
step pattern, maximum quantity, is possible) and was scheduled for a phone interview two weeks later.

Interview
Initial preliminary phone call with hiring manager, then fit interview with a member of the multi-asset team. Followed by 2 interviews (one technical) with another member of the team, and one about experience and fit with an MD.
