Neudata interview questions

I interviewed for an editing position at Neudata and had two or three rounds in total, with the final stage taking place in the office. During that visit, I met with three members of staff and completed an editing exercise. The process was thorough and thoughtfully structured. In particular, the main editor—who would have been my direct manager—was incredibly accommodating, kind, and professional. The interviews felt like a genuine two-way conversation: I was given the space to share my experience and strengths, while also gaining a clear and realistic sense of what the company and team are like. Although I wasn’t ultimately offered the position, the head editor kindly provided detailed feedback upon request, which I greatly appreciated (and which is increasingly rare). Overall, it was a very positive experience. Having since attended other interviews, I’ve come to appreciate even more how respectful and well-run this process was. I would have been very happy to work there, and it certainly seemed that the team genuinely enjoys what they do.
