Super relaxed. The office manager meets you first and has a casual chat for a while, and then the owner meets you in the conference room to go through the actual interview. Got a call that evening with the job offer.

No difficult questions, but many wouldn't realize that the casual chat was a part of the interview to see how the applicant will click with other workers.
