I applied online. I interviewed at Neura Robotics (Metzingen, Baden-Wurttemberg)
Interview
First interview was quite good and pleasing. However, the second interview was frustating. One of the interviewer joined late and was rushing to jump out. Seemed like the first interviewer was hesitant in asking some questions and was probably passing them to the other interviewer via personal chat to ask. Both of them were busy chatting seemingly with each other. They ultimately asked me if I want to do an internship and I was like what! Why would you even ask me that question. Their response was that they were unsure which role I might fit better as it is a startup. I mean they could have proposed a limited contract or extended probation but internship!
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Neura Robotics
Interview
The first interview was very quickly scheduled, participants changed last minute. The second was in person--the company does not cover travel expenses. Both interviews included common interview questions, no surprises. It was an enjoyable experience, but it became clear that the company is rather a regional SME with a traditional culture (hierarchy, 100% in-office, no diversity in leadership) and thus we did not find a common ground.

Interview
After a quick get to know via phone with very fast reaction time a second call with technical specialist and an in-person meeting was arranged. Very flawless communication and adaptability from company side.
