      I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at NeuroFlow (Philadelphia, PA) in July 2021

      Interview

      The overall experience was great - relatively quick, enjoyable, and got to meet a number of leaders across the company. The process from initial phone screen with HR through offer was roughly 1 month. Following the HR screen, I was immediately scheduled to talk with the hiring manager (who is also the COO & Co-Founder of the company) to determine if there was a match from: 1) experiences & skillsets, 2) interest and what I wanted in my next move and 3) personality (to ensure it was a fit with NeuroFlow's culture. I was also asked to submit some past samples and my approach to building business cases, managing projects, etc. All of the leaders & employees that I spoke with were very genuine and their passion for NeuroFlow's mission and mental health in general was clear. This was very different from what I've experienced at past companies. All of my questions were answered. I even was able to openly discuss my hesitations and work through them with the hiring manager. With all that, I accepted the offer and am so glad I did. They walk their talk, which is so important. The only feedback I have is to speed up the recruiting process in the future. Things can change drastically in a month, especially with competing job offers.

      Questions focused on: 1) my experiences & skillsets, 2) why NeuroFlow and what I wanted in my next move, 3) personality and management style (specifically around ability to influence and follow-up on items). Also, there were some questions around what I do outside of work - they really wanted to know me as an entire person and not just a body to fill a seat.
