I applied online. I interviewed at NeuroLeadership Institute (New York, NY) in May 2018
Interview
I had five rounds of interviews. One of the rounds was an at-home 1-hour long test. For two of of the interviews I came to the office and it was in person and while they teleconferenced in other people. They never got back to me about being offered/rejected job.

Interview
I received a message from a recruiter via LinkedIn. However, the interview and test were excessively complex and lengthy, making the process seem unnecessary due to the abundance of interview components.

Interview
There are a lot of assessments prior to the interview stage. However, you get really well briefed beforehand about what to expect. Once you pass the assessments the interview flows very smoothly. It felt more like a "getting to know more about you" sort of interview. Everyone was really friendly throughout the process, from the in-house recruiter to those conducting the interview. Once you've had your first recruitment call, the whole process from there is so fast! So you are kept well up-to-date.
