Neuwirth Motors interview questions

Interview was a typical phone and in person interview. It was really fast paced. Between resume submittal and start date was only a matter of days. Typical questions about work experience were asked, but this is a small company so the owners do the interviews. I accepted the job and found out the benefits are non-existent. The salary is low paying. NO VACATION for one year and then 1 week after. Healthcare is 4000 deductible with 12000 out of pocket at 70/30 and the monthly cost is outrageous. Offered 66k for experienced higher and rescinded offer following up with counter after requesting 70k. Very confusing why they rushed to want to hire and the rescinded offer over 4K.
