They emailed me with some interview times to choose from and asked me to rank my preferences. There were plenty to choose from and they added that they could work with me if none of those times worked. After that, an email was received with the date, time, and zoom link 1-2 weeks before the interview. They also sent an email with prepared questions regarding your experience regarding the roles of the position. The zoom interview was conducted by a panel of 4 individuals and was very comfortable and cordial. From this point, three individuals were picked for an in-person interview with a museum tour. I was not chosen for the second interview, but would gladly interview with them again.
