Apologies that the experience wasn't more comfortable for you. That is sad to hear and definitely not our intention. I can say we are pretty brief for LO interviews since past performance data and accurate resumes are public information. (That way we can study that info before you get here and be prepared for the interview.) We also do not make decisions based on age, we have Loan Officers here ranging from 19 years old to 60+ and they all do great. We love them all.
