I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at New Balance (Auckland, Auckland) in July 2018
Interview
Brought in my CV to the front desk after I saw them advertising a job.
They took down some more info and said they would call me.
They called me and asked to meet for the interview a few days later.
I went to the store, one of the employees then walked me to a Cafe just opposite the store and we sat down to talk.
General questions, why do you want to work here, what have you done before, strengths, weaknesses, difficulty situations at work, examples of doing good work, etc.
They then said that they would get back in touch with me about the result.
They never did get back to me.
It was a straight forward process. Got an email 2 days after submitting my CV, and had an interview in a week. They were very friendly during the interview, asked about my previous experience in a shop.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What was the most difficult experience in your previous job?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at New Balance (London, England) in May 2021
Interview
Applied online and then received a phone call inviting me for an in-person interview. Was about 30 minutes long and was rather informal, although I found the questions to be quite intense for a part-time retail job.
