New Directions Aromatics interview questions

Had an HR interview followed by a hiring manager round after a week. Did fairly well in the second round but was told that although my overall experience was good, my purchasing experience wasn’t a lot. The problem with that is the resume clearly says how much experience each candidate has in the specific field. If you feel it’s not adequate, why invite them for multiple interviews just to tell them the same thing. The salary offered was $65k and there was supposedly another round in case I made it through the hiring manager round.
