Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. I am terribly sorry you had a negative experience. Your frustration by our process and the communication you received (and lack thereof) is completely valid. There were multiple people involved in your interview which made the communication hand-offs and timing very clunky. Irregardless, it doesn’t justify what you experienced. It is not reflective of our company values and we are incredibly regretful of what you went through.
It is never easy to hear (or read) when something goes bad, but I am appreciative of your sharing your experience. Your feedback has prompted us to reevaluate parts of our interview process where we can improve upon and ensure this doesn’t happen again.
