I interviewed for the Paid Search Associate role at New Engen a while ago and found the process to be far more demanding than expected for such an entry-level position. The interview cycle included six rounds as well as an assessment to complete, which felt a bit excessive and exhausting. Throughout the interviews, I was repeatedly told I was "so articulate" and "so professional," which came off as oddly condescending rather than encouraging. While New Engen promotes a collaborative and innovative culture, my experience left me questioning whether their hiring procedures reflect those stated values. I hope more than anything that this review helps others prepare for what could be a lengthy and, at times, uncomfortable process.
