Just asked a few general questions. ie. "what experience do you have that would help you on this job?". It was also a lot of small talk and very friendly.
I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at New England Financial (Woodland Hills, CA)

Applied through school's career site. Then was scheduled a 1 to 1 interview. They were basically all fit questions. The interview process was pretty quick. Heard back from the company the next week after the interview.
