Called randomly without an interview being scheduled when I was not available to take the call. Then recieved what I assume is an auto-generated email (it was sent directly after I didn't take the call) about how I failed to attend the interview!? Super strange experience overall.

Apply on the website and choose preferred location. Very efficient and responsive HR and hiring. You interview at the location you will be working at, but train at the nearest district office.
