The interview is similar to a college faculty interview, you can will be given a topic with roughly an hour to read and prepare a lecture in front of a panel pairs, some taking of the panelist teach the course. Questions will be asked of you based on what you taught

Interview
After applying, I received a call to schedule an interview within a week. There was an initial interview where I talked to the GM and training manager to answer basic questions about my professional experience, career goals and interest in training with the company. At the end of the first interview, they asked if I would be interested in a test teach, where I would teach a class of current New Horizons managers and instructors how to complete some tasks in Excel as well as teach a second skill based on something I was interested in. I received an offer and a start date at the end of the second interview.

Ice breaking talking about personal life then technical experience with HR then meeting the Operation Manager then the Center Head, then had two demo presentations.

there was not a difficult question but the interview it self was separated into many parts and between each part and the next one it took alot of time! the whole interview (i had two) each one of them i stayed around 5 hours at the center! and most of the time i was just waiting ...
