No recent interview. But had simulation interviews during my career planning program. I was able to conduct an industry research before the interview to give me the idea of what my responsibility will be on the job. The hiring manager required me to describe some of the soft skills I mentioned, and why I think they are of any value to the organization. I also had to discuss why I chose the organization and the position I applied for. I expressed my gratitude of granting me an interview, with an anticipation that I will be offered the position.
