Interview
I was brought into a room with an administrator, a lead teacher and a parent.
I was asked several questions as well as given scenarios and asked to answer how I would handle there situations. In one instances a student was brought in and I had a discussion about class and work assignments. It was a straight forward interview.

What is a time that you had to deal with a difficult student? How did you address the situation and what was the outcome?
