Straight forward tell me when questions eg working as part of a team, managing conflict, customer service examples, problem solving, managing poor performance and how you dealt with it and outcome etc
There were questions about past experience and explaining about yourself, how your experience suits the role, a round of scenario questions, then a walk around the shop floor and SWOT analysis.
Easy interview asked questions around experience and about me in general. Quick turn around from applying to starting job, applied with CV, had a short telephone interview mostly confirming my CV and then in person
