It was quite straightforward. The interview with the manager involved putting together an outfit and standard questions. I was asked for examples of what good customer service and bad customer service is and to provide an example of when I had given or received these.

Asked me what my availability was in the office, and then got me to pick an outfit for them from their stock on the shop floor, and then asked me to ask customers if they wanted any help
Scenario questions about things that might happen and how you would deal with it, personality questions looking into your qualities and you as a person, and past experience questions relating to previous employment.
