The interviewer was friendly and warm. Asked great questions and listened carefully. Seemed to appreciate genuine interest in the organization and role. Good interview experience, even though I didn't end up getting the job.

Warm, welcoming, engaged. Completed two separate interviews with different Managers. Was able to learn about various programs the organization offered. The hiring staff responded very quickly and the overall process seemed quick compared to others I had experienced at similar organizations.

Phone screen, followed by about two interviews, and a personal assessment. You are interviewed by your direct supervisor as well as other managers. They take employee referrals seriously. Being referred by a current employee will normally guarantee you at least a first interview.
