New Wave Executives interview questions

It is a two part interview in which you must screen with different people each day. They will tell you if they want you back the second day. You should wear business professional attire on both days.

1st interview involves an application and dropping off resume, and brief conversation with manager. 2nd involves "observational" work, tagging along with a trainer, we went out to an apartment complex to essentially knock on doors. They sell you the process.
